07:19 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chemours ( CC ) said Wednesday that its board has appointed independent director Mary Cranston as chair, effective Tuesday, Sept. 2.

Cranston, who has been a director since 2015, has previously served on the boards of Visa, McAfee, and TPG, as well as chair and CEO of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Chemours ( CC ) said.
