07:35 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chemours ( CC ) said Wednesday its Opteon two-phase immersion cooling fluid has been approved by Samsung Electronics for use with its current generation solid-state drives.

The company said the technology offers higher IT load capacity, reduced equipment failures, and significantly lower energy and water use compared with traditional cooling methods.

Shares of Chemours ( CC ) were up over 1% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
