Cheniere Energy Increases Share Buyback Plan; Plans to Raise Q3 Dividend

04:30 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cheniere Energy (LNG) said late Monday its board has approved an increase in its share buyback program by an additional $4 billion through 2027.

The company also said it plans to raise its quarterly dividend by about 15% to $2 per share annualized, starting in Q3.
