09:03 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cheniere Energy Partners ( CQP ) said Wednesday it plans to offer senior notes due 2035, subject to market conditions.

The company said the proceeds will be contributed to its subsidiary, Sabine Pass Liquefaction, to help redeem a portion of its outstanding senior secured notes due 2026.

The new 2035 notes will rank pari passu with Cheniere's existing senior notes maturing between 2029 and 2034, it said.

Shares were 1.1% lower in recent premarket activity.
