Chesapeake Utilities CFO Beth Cooper to Retire; Jeff Sylvester Named Successor

08:52 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Chesapeake Utilities ( CPK ) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Beth Cooper will retire on June 30.

Chief Operating Officer Jeff Sylvester will succeed Cooper on July 1, the company said.
