Chevron CEO says no discussions with President-elect Trump on Venezuela

HOUSTON, Dec 6 (Reuters) - U.S. oil major Chevron ( CVX )

, the only U.S. oil producer now working in Venezuela's

oilfields, has not held any discussions with President-elect

Donald Trump's team over Venezuela, CEO Michael Wirth said on

Friday.

Chevron ( CVX ) aims to support U.S. policy on Venezuela while

providing a better future to Venezuelans, Wirth said in remarks

on future energy policies to think tank Atlantic Council.
