Chevron Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Total Revenue Decrease; Maintains Dividend

06:26 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chevron ( CVX ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $1.77 per diluted share, down from $2.55 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.73 per share.

Total revenue and other income for the quarter ended June 30 were $44.82 billion, compared with $51.18 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $43.87 billion.

Chevron ( CVX ) maintained a quarterly dividend of $1.71 per share, payable on Sept. 10, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 19.

Shares of Chevron ( CVX ) were up 0.4% in recent premarket activity.
