Chevron says considering implications of Trump's Venezuela announcement

Feb 26 (Reuters) - Chevron Corp ( CVX ) said on

Wednesday it is considering the implications of the Trump

administration's announced termination of an oil deal with

Venezuela.

"We are aware of today's announcement and are considering

its implications," said company spokesman Bill Turenne.

"Chevron ( CVX ) conducts its business in Venezuela in compliance

with all laws and regulations, including the sanctions framework

provided by U.S. government," he said.
