Chilean forestry giant Copec posts first-quarter profit up 47%

May 9 (Reuters) - Chilean industrial conglomerate

Empresas Copec on Thursday posted a net profit up 47%

to $227.85 million for the first three months of 2024, from

revenues down 3% to $7.27 billion.
