July 8 (Reuters) - China-founded fast-fashion retailer
Shein has filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong to
speed up the prolonged listing process and push the UK regulator
to approve a London listing, the Financial Times reported on
Tuesday.
Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
Reuters reported in June that Shein was planning to file a
draft prospectus confidentially for its Hong Kong listing,
marking a rare departure from the usual practice of companies
making public filings of IPO documents, citing three sources
with knowledge of the matter said.
