BEIJING, Nov 12 (Reuters) - China is willing to resolve

differences and strengthen communications with the United States

to jointly promote stable, healthy and sustainable economic and

trade relations, Vice Commerce Minister Wang Shouwen told an

Intel ( INTC ) official on Monday.

In a meeting with Intel ( INTC ) Vice President Bruce Andrews, Wang

said he hopes Intel ( INTC ) will expand its investment in China,

according to a commerce ministry statement.
