06:44 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- China Yuchai International ( CYD ) said Monday the first batch of buses powered by its natural gas engines was delivered to Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

The shipment was part of a 600-unit natural gas bus order received in 2024.

Currently, 1,400 Yuchai-powered natural gas buses are in service in Nuevo Leon, with the total expected to exceed 2,500 by the end of this year, the company said.
