SHANGHAI, Feb 12 (Reuters) - China's Jinjiang

International Group has signed a joint venture framework

agreement with Warner Bros to develop a Harry Potter

theme park in Shanghai, according to an announcement on

Jinjiang's WeChat social media account, published on Wednesday.

Both the joint venture agreement and the theme park project

are still subject to regulatory approval, the notice said,

adding that it plans for the park to open in 2027.
