10:29 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ChipMOS Technologies ( IMOS ) said Tuesday that its May revenue was $67.8 million, flat from a year earlier.

May revenue grew 8.8% from $62.3 million in April, the company said.

ChipMOS ( IMOS ) said the May increase was led by growth in its memory business, and to a lesser extent, improvement in the display driver integrated circuit business.
