08:48 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chipotle Mexican Grill ( CMG ) said Wednesday it plans to hire 20,000 additional employees for "Burrito Season" from March to May, its busiest time of year.

The company also said it is introducing a new employee benefit program this year by providing all employees free access to the Calm app for mental health support.

The company is also airing national TV ads featuring actual team members to attract more job applicants, it added.
