Choice Hotels International Prices $600 Million Debt Offering

05:58 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Choice Hotels International ( CHH ) said Tuesday it priced an underwritten public offering of $600 million of 5.850% senior notes due 2034.

The offering is expected to close around July 2, it said.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay its $500 million unsecured term loan and may use the rest for working capital and general corporate purposes.
