10:38 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Choice Hotels International ( CHH ) said Tuesday it has signed its first contract under the reintroduced Supporting Ownership Access and Representation aimed at increasing hotel ownership opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs.

Damon Healey of Eternal Companies executed an agreement to convert two Georgia hotels to Suburban Studios, one of Choice's four extended stay brands, the company said. The properties opened in May.
