11:15 AM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Morningstar DBRS on Thursday assigned a credit rating of BBB (high) with a stable trend to Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust's (CHP-UN.TO) $500-Million 5.030% Series U Senior Unsecured Debentures, due Feb. 28, 2031.

The credit rating is based on the credit rating of the already outstanding series of senior unsecured debentures, the rating agency said.
