09:36 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ChoiceOne Financial Services ( COFS ) said Monday it has completed its previously announced merger with Fentura Financial.

Fentura's The State Bank unit will likely merge with ChoiceOne Bank on March 14, ChoiceOne Financial Services ( COFS ) said.

The all-stock deal, first announced in July, was valued at roughly $180.4 million.
