09:00 AM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ChoiceOne Financial Services' ( COFS ) and Fentura Financial's shareholders have all approved a proposed merger between the companies, they said in a joint statement on Friday.

Fentura will merge with ChoiceOne, which will be the surviving entity following the transaction, the companies said.

The merger is expected to be completed in Q1.
