Chord Energy Prices $750 Million Offering of Senior Notes

05:55 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chord Energy ( CHRD ) priced a $750 million offering of 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2033 at par.

The offering is expected to close March 13, the company said Monday in a statement.
