05:36 PM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Chord Energy ( CHRD ) said late Wednesday it has promoted Richard Robuck to the role of chief financial officer.

Robuck most recently served as the company's senior vice president of planning and investor relations.

Chord Energy ( CHRD ) also said Michael Lou will serve as chief strategy officer and chief commercial officer, while Shannon Kinney will serve as chief administrative officer and general counsel.
