04:03 PM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chord Energy ( CHRD ) said Tuesday that it has priced a $750 million private offering of 6.0% senior unsecured notes due 2030, upsizing the deal by $250 million from its initial plan.

The offering is expected to close Sept. 30, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to support Chord's acquisition of XTO's Williston Basin assets and for general corporate needs.
