Chorus Aviation Announces Final Results of Substantial Issuer Bid

08:33 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chorus Aviation ( CHRRF ) Tuesday announced the final results of its bid to purchase for cancellation up to $50 million of its Class A and Class B shares. The offer expired on Nov. 10.

Chorus will purchase 2 million shares, representing 8.1% of the total issued and outstanding shares as of Sept. 25, at $24.25 each.
