Chorus Aviation Consolidates Shares

07:13 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chorus Aviation ( CHRRF ) overnight Wednesday said it consolidated its class A variable and class B voting shares.

The company filed articles of amendment on the basis of one post-consolidation share for every seven pre-consolidation shares. The consolidation reduced the number of issued and outstanding shares to 26.9 million from 188.6 million.

The post-consolidation shares are expected to begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Feb. 10.

The shares closed down $0.05, or 1.8%, to $2.80 on Wednesday on the TSX.
