Chorus Aviation Launches Up to $50M Share Buyback at $23-$25 a Share

06:35 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chorus Aviation ( CHRRF ) over the weekend announced the commencement of its previously announced substantial issuer bid.

Under the substantial issuer bid, the company will offer to purchase up to $50 million in value of its Class A Variable Voting Shares and Class B Voting Shares from shareholders at a cash purchase price of not less than $23 and not more than $25 per share.

The offer began Friday and will expire at 5:00 pm E.T. Nov. 10, 2025, or such later time and date to which the offer may be extended by Chorus.
