10:49 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ChowChow Cloud International Holdings ( CHOW ) shares surged about 200% in recent Tuesday trading following their debut on the New York Stock Exchange with an opening at $8 per share.

The cloud technology company earlier priced its initial public offering of 2.6 million shares at $4 per share for gross proceeds of $10.4 million.

ChowChow said it granted its underwriter a 45-day option to buy up to 390,000 more shares to cover any overallotments.

The offering is expected to close on Wednesday.
