10:49 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chubb ( CB ) said Thursday its board will recommend to increase its quarterly dividend at its 2025 annual general meeting.

Chubb ( CB ) said the proposal calls for a $3.88 annual per share dividend, payable in four quarterly installments of $0.97 per share, against the current quarterly dividend of $0.91 per share.

The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.91 per share, payable on April 4 to shareholders of record March 14.
