05:23 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chunghwa Telecom ( CHT ) reported Q1 earnings Thursday of 1.26 New Taiwan dollars ($0.04) per diluted share, up from NT$1.21 a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by FactSet expected NT$1.26.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended March was NT$55.81 billion, up from NT$54.94 billion a year earlier.

Comparable analyst estimates were not readily available.

The company's shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity.
