Church & Dwight's Q2 Adjusted Earnings Increase, Net Sales Flat

07:22 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Church & Dwight ( CHD ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.94 per diluted share, up from $0.93 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.86.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $1.51 billion, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.49 billion.

The company said it expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.72 and sales growth of about 1% to 2%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $0.86 on revenue of $1.55 billion.

Church & Dwight ( CHD ) reiterated its forecast of a flat to a 2% increase in 2025 adjusted EPS. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.49.

The company said it now expects up to 2% sales growth in 2025. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.12 billion.

Shares of the company fell more than 5% in recent premarket activity Friday.
