03:39 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Churchill Capital Corp VII ( CVII ) , a blank-check company, and CorpAcq Holdings said Sunday they have agreed to end their business combination agreement.

The two companies attributed the termination of their attempt to take CorpAcq public to market conditions, which Churchill Chairman and Chief Executive Michael S. Klein described as "not favorable."
