Churchill Downs Opens Entertainment Resort in Northern Virginia

01:52 PM EST, 11/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Churchill Downs (CHDN) opened an entertainment resort in Dumfries, Virginia, after a $460 million investment.

The Rose Gaming Resort includes 1,650 historical racing machines, eight bars and restaurants and a hotel with more than 100 rooms and event space, adding 500 jobs, Churchill Downs said Thursday in a statement.
