CI Financial Announces Early Results of Cash Tender Offer For 4.1% Notes due 2051

08:44 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CI Financial ( CIXXF ) on Wednesday gave early results of its offer to purchase its 4.1% notes due 2051, saying US$570 million had been tendered.

When it launched the tender last month, CI Financial ( CIXXF ) had US$900 million of the notes outstanding.

Note holders who tendered by the early deadline will receive a premium of US$50 per US$1,000 principal amount of notes. All payments will also include accrued and unpaid interest. The total tender offer consideration will be calculated on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.
