10:30 AM EST, 11/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CI Financial ( CIXXF ) was at last look down 2.5% after earlier running up to near 52 week highs on reporting year-over-year increases in earnings and revenue for Q3 2024 on Thursday, citing gains in wealth management and new product offerings.

The Canadian investment management company reported Q3 2024 adjusted diluted earnings of C$0.97 per share on Thursday, up 19.8% from $0.81 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $785.4 million, up 27.4% from $616.5 million a year earlier but down from $986 million in the previous quarter.

It was last down $0.58 or 2.5% at just over $23, having earlier touched $23.96, compared to a 52 week high of $24.10.
