CI Financial Q4 Adjusted Earnings Beat Analysts' Forecasts

07:28 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CI Financial ( CIXXF ) reported Friday adjusted earnings in the fourth quarter that beat analysts' estimates.

The company posted adjusted earnings of $153.9 million, or $1.06 per share, above the analyst non-GAAP adjusted earnings per share consensus forecast of $0.97 compiled by FactSet.

The result is an increase from $128.2 million, or $0.81 per share, booked in the previous year. Total assets under management rose to $529.4 billion from $444.8 billion as adjusted EBITDA climbed to $340.3 million from $278.3 million.

CI said it will not conduct an earnings call nor provide further monthly updates of its asset levels pending the completion of its transaction with Mubadala Capital to take the company private.
