Cibus Plans Public Offering of Class A Shares

05:11 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cibus ( CBUS ) said late Wednesday it plans a public offering of class A shares.

Board chairman Rory Riggs has expressed interest in buying up to $10 million of class A shares in the proposed offering, according to a company statement.

The company said it will use the net proceeds to advance its weed management productivity traits in rice and for general corporate purposes, as it eyes longer-term financing.
