04:14 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cidara Therapeutics ( CDTX ) said Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 8 million shares at $44 per share for gross proceeds of $350 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.2 million additional shares.

The offering is set to close Thursday, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
