Cigna Group Names Brian Evanko as COO, Ann Dennison as CFO

08:08 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cigna Group ( CI ) said Thursday it has named Brian Evanko as president and chief operating officer, starting March 31, and Ann Dennison as chief financial officer.

Evanko last year was named president and chief executive for Cigna Healthcare, overseeing the company's healthcare businesses. He has also served as CFO since 2021, the company said.

Dennison, who was named executive vice president and CFO of Cigna Group ( CI ), previously served as CFO at Nasdaq, the company said.

Meanwhile, Eric Palmer, president and chief executive of Cigna's ( CI ) Evernorth Health Services, is departing after more than 25 years, the company said.

Additionally, the company reaffirmed its 2025 financial outlook of adjusted income from operations of at least $29.50 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $29.75.
