Four analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.43.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $814.3 million, compared with $638.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $795.7 million.

The company said it reinstated an annual cash dividend of $0.32 per share, payable quarterly. The Q1 dividend will be payable on March 19 to shareholders as of March 5.
