09:13 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cinemark Holdings ( CNK ) said Tuesday its Cinemark USA unit has begun a tender offer to purchase for cash any and all of 5.875% senior notes due 2026, which had an outstanding amount of $405 million as of Tuesday.

The offer will expire at 5 p.m. ET on Monday, unless extended or terminated earlier, the company said.
