05:58 PM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cingulate ( CING ) filed a registration statement Monday for the resale of up to about 6.6 million common shares of the company by selling stockholders.

The shares are issuable upon exercise of its outstanding warrants, it said.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the share sales.

Shares of the company were up nearly 9% in after-hours activity.
