07:50 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cingulate ( CING ) said on Monday that Lincoln Park Capital Fund is offering up to 1 million of its shares.

The company said the shares may be issued and sold to Lincoln Park under a Purchase Agreement dated April 24, 2023.

Cingulate ( CING ) would not receive proceeds from the resale; however, it could receive up to $10.5 million from future sales of purchase shares to Lincoln Park.

Separately, the company has increased the maximum offering price under its at the market offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright to $11.3 million from $8.5 million.
