Cintas' Fiscal Q3 Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2024 Guidance Raised

08:52 AM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cintas ( CTAS ) reported fiscal Q3 earnings Wednesday of $3.84 per diluted share, up from $3.14 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.58.

Revenue for the quarter ended Feb. 29 was $2.41 billion, up from $2.19 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.39 billion.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2024 earnings of $14.80 to $15.00 per diluted share, up from its prior guidance of $14.35 to $14.65. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $14.60.

Revenue for the fiscal year is now expected between $9.57 billion and $9.60 billion, up from its earlier outlook of $9.48 billion to $9.56 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $9.56 billion.

Shares of Cintas ( CTAS ) were up more than 5% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
