10:22 AM EDT, 07/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CION Investment ( CION ) said Monday it has amended and extended its $675 million senior secured credit facility, reducing the credit spread from the three-month secured overnight financing rate plus 3.2% to SOFR plus 2.55%.

The reinvestment period was extended from July 15, 2024 to June 15, 2026, and the maturity date was extended from May 15, 2025 to June 15, 2027, according to the company.

CION said it incurred certain costs and expenses associated with the amendment and agreed to pay an annual administrative fee.
