10:26 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cipher Mining ( CIFR ) said Tuesday that its subsidiary, Cipher Compute, plans to offer $1.4 billion of senior secured notes due 2030 through a private placement.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to help fund the construction of the Barber Lake Facility, a computing data center near Colorado City, Texas.

Shares were up more than 6% in recent trading.
