05:43 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cipher Mining ( CIFR ) said Thursday that its subsidiary, Cipher Compute, has priced a $333 million follow-on offering of 7.125% senior secured notes due 2030.
The new notes will be fungible with the 7.125% notes issued on Nov. 13, bringing the company's total outstanding debt under the series to roughly $1.73 billion, according to the report.
The notes were priced at 100.250% plus accrued interest and will pay interest semiannually starting May 15, 2026. The offering is expected to close around Nov. 24.
The company plans to use the proceeds to help fund additional high-performance computing facilities at its Barber Lake site near Colorado City, Texas.
Shares of the company were down 3.6% in recent after-hours activity.
