04:56 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Circle Internet ( CRCL ) said Tuesday it is launching a public offering of 10 million Class A shares.

The company said it is offering 2 million shares, and selling stockholders are offering 8 million shares.

Underwriters will be given a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.5 million shares, the company said.

Circle shares were falling past 5% in recent after-hours activity.
