03:49 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Circle Internet Group ( CRCL ) said late Thursday it has priced its public offering of 10 million class A shares at $130 per share.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares.

The company is issuing 2 million shares, while shareholders are selling 8 million shares.

The offering is expected to close on Aug. 18.
