01:04 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Circle Internet Group ( CRCL ) shares rallied in their trading debut on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday after the firm priced an initial public offering of 34 million Class A shares at $31.00 apiece.

The shares were up about 155% at $79.25 in recent trading after opening at $69.

The offering, with JPMorgan, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs as joint lead bookrunners, is expected to close June 6.
