05:15 PM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cirrus Logic ( CRUS ) said late Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Venk Nathamuni has resigned, effective May 24, to pursue an opportunity outside the semiconductor industry.

The board appointed Ulf Habermann as interim CFO. Habermann will continue to serve as principal accounting officer, the company said.
